Financial Data: Payment transaction references and amounts. We do not store full card details — payments are processed by Flutterwave.
Profile Data: Your avatar image, preferences, and feedback.
Survey & Idea Data: The answers you give in our public survey, any idea or project you choose to submit, and the name, email address and optional phone number you provide with it.

Survey & idea submissions

Our public survey can be completed without an account. We collect it on the basis of your consent, which you give with the checkbox on the final step, and we use it only to understand which problems are worth building for and to contact you about the idea prize.

We keep survey responses for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted or fully anonymised. We do not sell them or share them with third parties for marketing.

To protect the form from automated abuse we record a one-way salted hash of your IP address for rate limiting. The address itself is never stored, and the hash cannot be reversed to identify you.

You may withdraw consent and ask us to delete your response at any time by emailing legal@agastronicx.com.
